Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, contact us at office@gemzjewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including where to ship the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.


Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.


Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on items that are worn, used, or returned without original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.


Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the best approach is to return the item you have, and once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
