How long does it take to receive my package?
Please allow up to 1–3 business days for processing your order. Once your order ships, delivery within Serbia typically takes 2–3 business days.

What can I do if I received a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at office@gemzjewelry.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, sizing issues, or attempts to refit/resize the item on your own.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
